Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all tickets purchased for concerts organised by Music in Country Churches (MICC)
1. For ticketed events every member of the audience must have a valid ticket.
2. Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break in the programme and may be requested to sit a different section if this will minimise disruption.
3. Ticket prices are set according to the booking plan. Where applicable, seats are allocated on a first-come-first-seated basis. Ticket holders must sit in the area or seat for which they have purchased a ticket unless they have permission from MICC or a authorised personnel to do otherwise. MICC may request you to move if you are not sitting in the place shown on your ticket. MICC reserves the right to reserve seating and to change seating arrangements.
4. MICC and host churches have taken the necessary steps to ensure that the venues are hygienic and safe, and cannot be held responsible for any infections or illnesses that may subsequently arise as a result of your attending a concert.
5. Concertgoers agree to abide by any current requirements and regulations set by the Government in addition to the requirements set out below. Requests for hygiene and health protocols may be made by the host church: concertgoers agree to respect these and abide by them.
6. Ticket holders consent to photography of themselves as members of the audience. Photographs may be used for social media and future promotion. Please make yourself known to a steward or MICC representative if you do wish to be included in photographs.
7. MICC reserves the right to refuse admission or attendance to individuals.
8. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the venues.
9. Cameras and recording equipment, etc. may not be used during the concerts.
10. Concertgoers are responsible for their own belongings. Neither MICC nor the church will be responsible for any loss or theft that may occur.
11. Babes in arms and children are welcome at concerts, but we ask that parents are responsible for ensuring that there are no disturbances to other concertgoers.
12. Tickets are required for each child attending a performance. Each person under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.
13. Mobile phones, pagers, and watches should be silenced before the start of concerts.
14. MICC reserves the right to make any alterations to an advertised programme and performers if rendered necessary by unavoidable causes.
15. If the concert has to be cancelled, MICC will issue a discretionary refund.
16. Tickets may be returned, but no refunds will be issued.
17. Tickets must not be re-sold for profit or commercial gain or by any outlet other than MICC’s online ticketing vendor or one of its authorised agents. Failure to comply will make a ticket/tickets void.
18. You are asked to respect the venues for our concerts and not to leave litter anywhere in the church buildings or the surrounding grounds.
